Prime Raya Scratch & Win Campaign — Official Terms & Conditions (Singapore Version)

1. Organiser
This campaign is organised by Prime Decor Furnishing (“the Organiser”). By participating, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• The campaign is open to individuals who submit valid details through the official Prime Raya Scratch & Win system.

• Participants must provide accurate and complete information. The Organiser reserves the right to verify all entries.

• Each participant is limited to one (1) entry per unique phone number unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of providing false information, duplicate entries, or abusive behaviour.

3. Campaign Mechanics & Prize Determination

• All prizes are determined solely by the Organiser’s secure backend system.

• Any graphics, scratch cards, animations, or visual representations are for promotional and entertainment purposes only and do not represent actual prize allocation.

• The Organiser’s system records shall be deemed final and conclusive in determining participation and prize outcomes.

4. Prizes & Substitution Rights

• Prizes may include vouchers, promotional rewards, or other items as determined by the Organiser.

• The Organiser reserves the absolute and unfettered right to change, swap, substitute, upgrade, downgrade, or replace any advertised prize with another item of equal or similar value at any time without prior notice.

• Prize quantities may be limited and distributed on a while-stocks-last basis.

• In the event a specific prize becomes unavailable, the Organiser may substitute it with an alternative reward at its sole discretion.

• Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash unless otherwise decided by the Organiser.

5. Prize Redemption & Verification

• Winners may be required to present proof of identity, phone number verification, or other confirmation before a prize is issued.

• The Organiser reserves the right to mark prizes as “claimed” only after successful verification.

• Failure to comply with redemption instructions or deadlines may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.

6. Anti-Fraud & Fair Participation

• The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or invalidate any participation suspected of fraud, automated entries, system manipulation, abuse, or activities that compromise the fairness of the campaign.

• Any attempt to interfere with the website, backend system, or campaign process may result in disqualification and possible legal action.

7. Data Protection & Marketing Consent

• By participating, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their submitted personal information for campaign administration, verification, prize fulfilment, analytics, and marketing communication by the Organiser.

• Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, technical interruption, system failure, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or prize fulfilment.

• The Organiser does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the campaign platform.

9. Campaign Modification, Suspension & Termination

• The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the campaign, prize structure, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where necessary, including but not limited to technical, operational, or regulatory reasons.

10. Publicity

• By accepting a prize, winners may agree to reasonable publicity or promotional usage of their first name or prize information for marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

12. Final Authority

• All decisions made by the Organiser regarding participation, prize allocation, substitution, and disputes are final, binding, and conclusive.
